Cancellation and no show
To ensure efficient scheduling and allow others the opportunity to book, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you need to cancel within this timeframe, 50% of the service booked will apply as I may not be able to fill the time slot. (100% within 12 hours) Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment to avoid any charges; I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
All no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service scheduled and will not be able to rebook until the fee is paid.
Adjustments
I take a lot of pride in the quality of my work and try my best to ensure every guest is satisfied when leaving my salon. However, if you are unhappy I will schedule a time to make adjustments. Please contact me within 1 week of the appointment.
I do not offer complimentary services for a change of direction when it comes to color or cut.
If you would like a silent appointment, please feel free to contact me ahead of your appointment time. I am happy to accommodate!
