Hybrid Extension Benefits

Hybrid wefts are a combination of hand tied wefts and machine wefts. Here are a few benefits of this method

1. Stronger and more durable- these wefts are the best of both worlds! Strong like a machine weft but lay flat to the head and offer the same look as hand tied.

2. Easy to maintain- hybrid wefts do not have return hair wrapped around the string (single hand tied wefts do) which can cause unwanted tangles, itchiness and irritation over time.

3. Longevity- Hybrid offers less shedding, they are easily stackable while still laying flat to the head. Each weft lasts longer than the typical hand tied weft.

After Care

1. Brush extensions 2-3 times a day to avoid tangles. Start from the bottom of the weft and work your way up.

2. Wash 2x a week with a sulfate free shampoo, be sure to condition the mid length and ends.

3. Always use heat protectant when applying any heat to the hair

4. Do NOT sleep on wet hair. Once you shampoo, be sure to dry the base of the extension to avoid irritation at the scalp.

5. Apply a serum on the ends of extensions before bed and sleep in a loose braid or scrunchie.

6. Avoid salt water and chlorine

7. Use a mineral sunscreen only! Traditional sunscreens/self tanners can cause the extensions to turn pink.

8. Boar bristle brushes keep extensions soft and healthy! You can also gently use fine bristle detangling brushes (ex. Misel Boar bristle, Wet brush pro paddle, tangle teaser, Remy soft extension brush.
